2) What is your armory link? (Please Log off in your raiding gear)
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/b ... r/advanced

3) What is your Battletag?
Griknol#1315

Personal Information:

4) Are you 17 or older?
Yes, 22.

5) Can you communicate in English?
Yes.

Computer Information:

6) Can your computer handle 25-Man raids without any issues?
Yes.

7) Do you have a working mic, and do you know how to use it?
Tes and yes.

8) Do you have a stable internet connection?
Yes.

9) Mumble & DBM are required. Will that be an issue?
Both installed and fully functional.

Player Information:

10) What is your raiding experience? (Please focus mostly on current content)
I have every single MoP raid achievement up to 7/14H SoO, to include all Glory achievements.

11) How prepared do you show up to raids?
Always show up with my own consumables.

12) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
Available both nights.

Additional Information:

13) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
Shadows and Dust on Draenor from Vanilla through the beginning of MoP. Left for Torchwood on Draenor for a raiding spot. Moved on to Thrall Goes to Canada on Burning Blade after being offered a more serious raid spot.

14) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
No.

15) Please provide us with an up to date World of Logs (NO LFR!!!)
http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/230894/

16) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?
I've been playing WoW since Family and Friends Alpha of Vanilla. I was the raid leader for Torchwood through Throne of Thunder, and usually end up leading most PUGs I get into. I'm in the military, so taking orders/criticism isn't an issue. Constantly aware of almost everything going on in fights that doesn't have to do with healers (ie tanking, positioning, fails, etc). Don't particularly mind a bench spot, as long as I get to down some more heroic bosses before 6.0 drops. Also a bit of an achievement whore, so execution comes fairly easy.

First Tauren gross

Second Your gear isn't itemized that well for WW. You should be hemming Str. I know the % crit dmg, haste, and mastery base on the took trinket seems nice, but the Shamans trinket is much better. Not sure if it's just not dropping for you, but IMO straight agi gems and shamans trinket will increase your dps by a decent amount.

Third: your gear itemization for WW seems to be off. Again not sure if that's just a problem with pieces not dropping or what.

Edit: Second gross thing is herbalism GROSS

Not to sound like a dick, but a couple things:

1) I'm assuming the "you should be gemming Str" is just a typo. But in regards to Thok's Tail Tip, that's the WW BiS trinket. The % secondary stat increase on it makes it significantly more valuable than the other trinkets in SoO. Also, I've had some terrible luck with trinket drops. I SHOULD be using TEB, but I have yet to see it drop on any difficulty. I have a regular AoC, but it's not fantastic for Windwalkers. The cooldown reductions we get are pretty much all utility except for Fists of Fury, which is difficult to time on a lot of fights.
*EDIT* Just realized AoC was equipped. I normally use a Flex DS trinket instead of AoC.

2) I understand I should be gemming straight Agi, however, I use AMR with custom weights to keep it from putting secondary stats above Agi after I hit what I consider my haste soft cap. It's been generally agreed upon in the Windwalker community that ~11-13k haste is what to shoot for if you use Chi Brew. AMR is making sure I still hit close to the 7.5% hit/exp caps and maximizing agility after my haste soft cap.

3) In terms of race, there's really not much of a reason for tauren other than the fact that they get huge shoulders and SCK looks hilarious. :P

4) Herbalism supports my Inscription. I'm pretty big on self-maintenance. I don't like relying on others for things. Also, Lifeblood is macro'd into my cooldowns.

Yes to the typo, and i don't know where you've been getting your information about trinkets, but considering TeB is available every 20-30 seconds i consider double ago proc trinkets to be a much higher dps increase when timed correctly. Seeing how xuen also benefits from AP increases further argues the point that agi procs are much better. Also AoC has the longest time between procs and the proc lasting longer makes it easier to save a 10stack and line it up with the trinket proc.

Aside from the trinkets, there isn't really a "haste cap" past 10k. As long as you have 10k it's pretty much whatever you feel comfortable with after that. Most sites with this information are posted by people who's parses aren't all that spectacular.

Inscription is fine, but i really don't think herbalism is a decent profession for raiding.

And the only reason for the tauren hate is most seem to have finger lag, and they look incredibly stupid when running.

Also i blame Tayka for my horrible typing!

I do apologize for not being available for the last few days. I had a rather serious personal event come up the night I posted. I'd rather not make it public knowledge at the moment though. All I ask is for another date to talk. Thanks.
