We are pushing the last boss on normal modes and looking towards heroics, so we are looking for people that can contribute immediately.
You are missing several enchants, and haven't completely reforged or gemmed correctly. You're specced into Arbiter of Light and Blazing Light which don't do anything useful for a healer, but didn't take Aura Mastery, Last Word, Crusade, or fill up Conviction.
Apping for a guild with less than the absolute maximum amount of enchants, gems, and gear shows you aren't that dedicated to your character or the app. I'd suggest researching your class and bettering the character before apping in the future. I wish you better luck elsewhere.
