Ok So i looked at your character and found a few things that caught my eye.

First you picked up 3/3 magic suppression instead of 2/2 Imp blood tap. Personal preference, but i think i would pick up imp blood tap. You raid as unholy, but Frost is outperforming it by a lot.

Your ecnhants, reforging and gemming seems off. You should be putting strength at the top of your priority. The gems in your chest should be replaced, the enchant on your gloves and bracers should also be replaced.

Your Stat priority is as follows:

Strength > Hit to Cap > Haste > Mastery > Expertise to Cap > Crit > Agility

Tips for Reforging:
Never reforge away haste.
Your first calculation for reforging should be for your hit rating. Sometimes you will want to reforge away hit on one item only to add it back on another. Ex: forging hit to haste on Item A and forging crit to hit on Item B where haste already exists.
Reforge unnecessary hit, crit, and expertise into haste at every available opportunity.
Where a reforge to haste is not possible, mastery is an excellent choice.

So i would also fix your reforge on your weapon, switch the enchant on your boots, switch the reforge on your cloak, reforge haste on your belt, and reforge mastery on your helm.

I may have overlooked a few things, but you have a lot of work ahead of you.
