9) What is your raiding experience? (Please focus mostly on current content)
I have killed 5/13HM T11, 6/7HM T12, and 6/8HM currently on T13, all on 25-Man.
10) How prepared do you show up to raids?
I bring consumables to last me the raid night, and make sure my gear's repaired before raid starts. Aside from that, if it's progression I make sure I've read up on whatever fight we may be working on at the moment.
11) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
I'll always be on. This schedule appeals to me as it's during my off days from work, and is later in the night.

12) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
I'm in Ascended on Shadowmoon. The main reason I joined the guild was a conversation i had with the GM at the time during recruitment, and I liked him quite a bit. I enjoyed the type of raid environment he ran. Unfortunately, IRL stuff came up for him recently and he quit raiding, and passed off GM/raid lead duties. Since then, things have been lackluster and it's not the same raid environment anymore. This, and I'm looking for a more successful/progressed guild that accomplishes more on a 2 night schedule.

I am a dedicated player. I've kind of had to lighten my raid schedule this expansion due to how I work these days, and there aren't many guilds that truly get progression done the way you guys do on 2 days. I've been Ret since about T4/T5 content, and I feel like I could bring a lot of experience to your core.
