Personal Information:

3) Are you 17 or older?
Yes, 28.

4) Can you communicate in English?
Yes.

Computer Information:

5) Can your computer handle 25-Man raids without any issues?
Yes, very reliable. If I ever had an issue, I would buy a new one the day of. I must heal!

6) Do you have a working mic, and do you know how to use it?
Yes, Indeed.

7) Do you have a stable internet connection?
Yes

8) Mumble & DBM are required. Will that be an issue?
Certainly not, I have both of them installed already.

Player Information:

9) What is your raiding experience? (Please focus mostly on current content)
I earned 7/7 heroic FL pre-nerf. I am currently 6/8 heroic DS. I was 6/8 heroic pre-nerf with Aftermath-Malganis on Jan 2nd. This relationship came to an end after I started planning for my wedding etc. I jumped into a much lighter raid schedule but still was not able to commit the time I wanted or needed to. I stopped raiding for around 2 months to enjoy the newly wed spoils/travels/baby making, etc. In my earlier years I leveled my way up to step in on some fail ZG, MC business, Then became very competitive in tier 4,5, and proudly earned 8p t-6, Missed the Kil'jaedon kill by 5% the final night pre-nerf. Excelled in tier 7 and missed most of tier 8(Ulduar) due to army basic training. Jumped back in to earn 5/5 heroic ToGC, 10/12 H Lk 25. My guild was hurting for a resto druid at the beginning of Cata, therefore I made an easy switch. I missed my pally far too much and jumped back into BWD and BOT finishing Heroic 5/6 BWD, 4/5 BOT, and 2/2 Totfw.

10) How prepared do you show up to raids?
IÔÇÖd say I spend more time preparing for the raid than I do raiding itself. I diligently prepare for each raid with full consumables, food, fully repaired, etc. I watch kill/strategy videos, warm up in LFR, and constantly find ways to improve my UI for efficiency. Boss ability timers and my cool downs must be positioned perfectly in order to maximize my healing and movement down- time. Having to scan my screen or look away from my toon/raid frames will only hurt my performance and possibly the entire raid. I find that a lot of end game raiders underestimate the power of great UI.

11) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
Your Raid times are very appealing to me. Raiding only two nights a week will certainly make the wife a happy camper. I assure you I can make these days at those times.

Additional Information:

12) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
I was with Icon-Shadowsong for BT, the gm got hacked and the guild fell apart, I server transferred to... Aerie Peake?, to barely miss the Kil'Jaedon kill. There's no record of transactions back that far and I'm a little unsure of the guilds name to be honest. I had to start somewhere. I quickly outgrew many previous guilds and continued to want to better myself and be surrounded by people with the same drive and expectations. IÔÇÖve done nothing but try to be loyal to these guilds but I got to a point where I thought the guild was holding me back and I was unhappy. IÔÇÖve had opportunities to raid with much better players and I felt I belonged at the top, I'm extremely Competitive. I had some great friends and we decided to transfer and merge with another guildsÔÇÖ best to make Shadowstep Falcon Punch for Naxxramas. I was an officer and a member of a 25 man guilds loot council. I then had to go to Army Basic training and when I came back the guild had transferred and was farming heroic TOC.I moved on to a very competitive guild Eminent. I was very happy on Crushridge and would have never left if the gm hadnÔÇÖt lost interest and decided to do 10 mans. I moved on to Equilibrium on Cho'gall, who after one week broke up due to Heroic Rag pains, 3 or more officers and the GM left. Aftermath-MalÔÇÖganis needed my services and I enjoyed the intense grinds with them. My wife and marriage became a huge time consuming priority. We are now happily settled and IÔÇÖm back in the swing of things and healing better than ever. After the 2 month Hiatus I was replaced with no sour taste in my mouth. I found a guild in need on Stormscale. With no logs and a seat on the sidelines for 2 months my options were limited. I know what IÔÇÖm capable of, but had to get my feet wet in order to show Gloryhogs what IÔÇÖm able to do. I certainly am no guild hopper. I know this is a lot of transferring but IÔÇÖve played for 5 years and have nothing to hide. I moved on for the right reasons and have had some bad luck with guilds. IÔÇÖve never been close to being kicked and have made some good friends along the way. I really want some stability and a place I can call home. Transfers are not cheap and I hope my last one ever will be to Smolderthorn.

13) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
Negative.

14) Please provide us with an up to date World of Logs (NO LFR!!!)
http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/rt-m ... 78&e=10746
These are my personal logs. My Alts are on these as well,, Resto Druid, Resto shaman, Disc Priest, and 2nd Holy Paladin. Gallantry, Paten, Diskos, and Xosen.

15) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?
Gloryhogs is a very well established guild. Your previous and current tier success is very attractive. The guild has been winning for years and must have a strong foundation in order to have been doing so. I want a stable and driven guild. I believe Gloryhogs can give me that. Great raid schedule as well.
I Feel I would be a great fit for your guild and would be honored to call myself a member of Gloryhogs. I'm willing to put the necessary time in with my Peers/guild mates for the common goal. I enjoy being part of a unified group that will win and lose as one. Gloryhogs is hopefully made up of people that have the same drive and passion for success. I will take pride in Gloryhogs and my fellow raiders. I know when to laugh and when to shut up and get down to business. I hold myself accountable and do my best to not waste the time of the guild/guild mates. I have no problem with someone correcting me on the spot, and finally I expect to be number one and will take the proper steps to make this happen. 2nd sucks!

I like the amount of time you put into your app...I just scanned your logs but they seemed to be along par of where you should be.

I think Nik had said we were full on healers but Holy Pallies can be hard to come by...good ones at least...

I am sure our GM will get back to you ASAP...good luck !!

And for future reference you will never keep ur wife happy lol....good luck with that toooo !!
