I have cleared all of BoT/BWD and am 6/7HM in FL on three of my characters. I am currently 6/8HM in DS as a tank/OS DPS in my current guild.10) How prepared do you show up to raids?
I show up with everything I'm going to need for the night, usually with some left over incase others show up without theirs.11) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?

12) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
In Vanilla I raided with Desecration, which was a sister guild of the top guild on the server, Kaizen, horde side Gurubashi server. I did all of MC/BWL/ZG/AQ20/AQ40 and made it 4 bosses into Naxx40. I started main tanking as my warrior in BWL. In BC, I was still with Desecration through Karazhan/Gruul's/ZA/SSC, and then I switched to Villians United to continue raiding. I went alliance and made a paladin, did all current content with my paladin in BC on Echo Isles in a guild called Prodigal. We did server 2nd Illidan and KJ kills, I was prot/holy. Moving into WotLK I was deployed, I stayed with Prodigal and played when able, mostly about 2 nights a week. We got server 1st Sarth 3D kill, and I got my Naxx achieve drake on my mage before they took the reward out of the achieve. I started playing my resto shaman a little more as our main shaman healer left the guild and I was asked to heal, I was a resto shaman for mostly all of Ulduar. Prodigal fell apart, and some went to a new guild, Outbreak and others joined the guild that I was eventually made GM of, Brometheus, which we made on Proudmoore, as Echo Isles was a dying server. I was the RL and GM of Brometheus all the way up to the release of Cataclysm and all the way through ICC content, where we were mainly casual, but did get a few notable kills with Tribute to Insanity and whatnot. Moving into Cata, we took a break, and Brometheus merged into Malice, where I started main tanking as a paladin in T11 content. We moved through all T11 content, minus heroics, pre-nerf. When FL came out, I was again main tanking for the guild. We went 6/7H with no attempts on H Rag, never even tried, got my achieve mount and never stepped foot in that accursed place again. With DS release, Malice replaced me for the GM's IRL friend who ended up not showing up at all, I went on to raid with the guild Heat who was #2 on our server, I ran with their 25M team. Malice eventually asked me to come back, so I rejoined their team, and am currently 6/8H as the OT/DPS.13) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?

15) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?
I bring understanding and patience and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve a goal. I know my class, I play most other classes and have a working knowledge of their class, and I follow directions very well. Generally if you tell me to do something, I do it, no questions asked, and if I don't understand I ask. I'm very aware of my surroundings, and I've always been told I'm a solid player.
