9) What is your raiding experience? (Please focus mostly on current content)
4/6 T14 reg, initially dps before assuming MT role. 8/8 HM DS near the end of the content (i had deployed just prior to DS release and missed most of that era). All 10m groups, last 25m guild i was in was Sinister Intentions back in Wrath, which went 9/12 H. I'd been MS DPS for all of that
10) How prepared do you show up to raids?
I bring enough consumables to last me for an entire raid night (Potions, Flasks, Food Buffs).
11) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
Will always be online for raids.

12) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
As far as serious raiding, Purples/Lasombra merger back in TOC/ICC days, which disbanded due to drama. Sinister Intentions shortly before RS released, which also stopped raiding due to RL issues. Mostly pugged/guild-hopped in early cata trying to find a home. Genocide in Firelands, which became Empire. I am currently the MT for Empire's group 1 10m, but am looking for a more mature crowd that can buckle down and be serious when appropriate.
13) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
Yes; Slovina has raided with me since Firelands, and Tabbishot/Paladinweb can vouch, but i don't know any other members personally. Some may have seen me around or in random raids (Sha and Galleon the past week)
14) Please provide us with an up to date World of Logs (NO LFR!!!)
I'm not familiar with World of Logs, nor would i have an applicable dps log to show you as i've been tanking the past two weeks and a dps log would be outdated. I know several people that can give me a rundown if i'm required to be proficient with it. Average dps last time i raided reg was about 55-60K due to fight mechanics and movement/undergeared.
15) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?
I'm a diligent player constantly striving for improvement. i'm the last person you'll ever hear call me good, but that's merely my personal mindset to push for better performance. I have several toons on which i've played several roles in a raiding environment, and am comfortably familiar with their various aspects in general. I am mature, intelligent, and will eagerly accept any tips or advice, or criticism, from more seasoned/skilled players in order to effectively contribute.

please forgive the lack of a raiding environment. as i've mentioned, i havent dps'd aside from LFR for a couple weeks. I tanked Feng because i was easier to heal than the warrior (i have the Xperl menu up only to display my raidframe locations)
