Character Information:

1) What class/spec do you play?
Disc Priest

2) What is your armory link? (Please Log off in your raiding gear)
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/b ... oke/simple

Was PVP'ing, will switch gear when I get home.

3) What is your Battletag?
ogicet#1619

Personal Information:

4) Are you 17 or older?
Yes, 30+.

5) Can you communicate in English?
Yes.

Computer Information:

6) Can your computer handle 25-Man raids without any issues?
Yes, running dual ATI's in Crossfire. FPS not an issue.

7) Do you have a working mic, and do you know how to use it?
Yes on both.

8) Do you have a stable internet connection?
Yes.

9) Mumble & DBM are required. Will that be an issue?
Not at all, have both of them installed already.

Player Information:

10) What is your raiding experience? (Please focus mostly on current content)

Started seriously raiding in BC, killed all content when current, was attuned to BT back when you had to be. Was 4/6 Sunwell prior to 3.0. 6/6 Sunwell post 3.0 prior to WotLK launch. Cleared all Wrath content when current was 11/12 H ICC prior to taking some time off prior to 4.0. Returned at Cata launch was 5/12 H in March of 2011, before I had some health issues that required my attention.

Ended up taking 17 months off. Returned a few weeks after MoP launch to join a friend with the intention of raiding. That guild never really got off the ground. Only have 4/6 MSV experience due to limited opportunities, but have years of prior raid experience and am a fast learner.

All prior raid experience is on my priest as either Disc, or Holy. Permanently switched to Disc in Ulduar, but have brief bouts of Holy since, although have not tried Holy at all in MoP.

11) How prepared do you show up to raids?

I generally have a minimum of two stacks of int flasks, and one stack of spirit flasks, as well as a few stacks of mana pots and an assortment of food types. If it is a new fight, I typically will review strats and abilities of the given boss, possibly checking out a video of the encounter as well.

12) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?

In late January I will be going to school both nights for my MBA, however class ends at 8pm EST and barring something unforeseen a 9pm start time does not cause a problem.

Additional Information:

13) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?

As I mentioned in BC and WotLK raided for a few different guilds as I was more concerned with progression in those days. A few top 100 US guilds, but burned out the 5 nights a week and wiping 50 times to H LK each week.

Transferred to Blackhand when I came back post MoP launch to play with a friend. The guild was unable to get even get a full 10 man going. We left that guild and then I joined Fatality while my friend decided to raid on another character on another server on her shadow priest. We decided to look for a raid setup where we could play together. We made a post on the guild recruitment forums to which you replied to, and here we are (well here I am, she should apply later tonight I would guess).

14) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
No, would be a transfer.

15) Please provide us with an up to date World of Logs (NO LFR!!!)

Have some older logs if interested, but current guild does not use WoL. (I don't know why either)

16) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?

I have years or raiding experience, granted it is not current, but conceptually what makes a raider good hasn't really changed. I feel that I am dedicated and responsible. I take my commitments seriously and have always maintained a high attendance. I work to ensure my character is ideally geared to the best of my ability.

I will make mistakes. My goal is to learn from them and not perpetually repeat them. Your guild appeals to me in the casual, but serious attitude. I want to get stuff done in game, but I want to have fun and not feel like it is a second job.

** Please attach a screenshot of your UI, preferably in a raiding environment **

I know this is a BG, can get a raid pic tonight if desired. Key addon is Vuhdo, all heals are mouse-bound.
