ATM we are 6/6MSV, and 4/6 HoF, no H are down because my current raid leader wants to clear all of normal, then do H

im old fashioned, i show up already repaired, have repair mount (just in case), show up with flasks and food buff. also show up 15 mins before raid.

my guild right now is Lifes Good on Arthas, not leaving them, just your guild seems to raid on the days we dont, and im lookin for a 25 raiding guild. (10 doesnt seem epic enough)

yes, honestly my WW monk is kinda my alt, so i know he doesnt have gear that worth a crap, but if i can get in a 25 raiding guild, i can see him easily becoming a main, i love to raid so i am dedicated and will look up any fights i dont know, also have good knowledge of the game, been playing for about 5 years. I am pretty sociable and like to make friends!

Your gear is lacking indeed, although it's not just your gear... but rather nothing is enchanted or gemmed. The gem in your shoulders scares me the most. Your reforging is off as well; I can see you able to maybe reforge 1% more haste and maybe 2% more crit. You also have no professions. I am hoping your healing set is better although i'm not the best to judge on that.
