I make excellent use of my farm to supply all the pots flasks and 300 food I will need, I also carry a night's worth of Int/Spirit/Stam food and flask in case I am needed to off-spec something.

Easily guarentee attendance.

13) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
Caustic in Wrath and Cata, guild couldn't field a solid raid team starting MoP, joined c88. Had a lot of fun, guild disbanded. Have been casual since.

Not a soul. I've been applying to guilds with a relatively light raiding schedule as I cannot commit to 4 night raiding anymore.

I'm constantly trying to min/max, I record my gameplay with both WoL and Fraps. I often review a night's footage to find a flaw in execution or strategy.

Everything seems to check out. Gems and enchants are in the right place. The only thing wrong with your character is your ilvl is a little low, but if accepted it wouldn't take you long to catch you up.

Yeah, that's mostly to blame from my extremely terrible luck with weapons and the gap in raiding from the collapse of c88 to now.

I could get into that, I've never done mainspec holy for a raid group but I have healed nearly every fight outside of heroic ToT. I suppose that's what trial periods are for.

Plus holy paladins are really strong. 'dat mastery.
